buying a property
Hi and thanks for your question...I'm having a bit of trouble understanding what it is you would like to know, but here goes...when you are working with an agent and he is showing you houses that are listed through his office or another real estate office his commission should be paid by the seller. If he is showing you houses that are not listed through a real estate office then he may have had you sign what is called a buyers brokerage contract that says that if he is showing you houses that aren't listed through a real estate office and you decide to buy one of those houses, then you will compensate him for representing you in the sale. I hope this helps. If I've missed the point please feel free to fire me another question.
